胡卫齐:我选择两种色彩的强烈对比来凸显现实中某种紧张不安以及矛盾、荒诞之感。借由视觉的可见冲突,荒诞场景的营造引发对未见的真实现实的思索。生活中某些具体现象的发生，其背后的逻辑线索绝大多数为不可见与无法预测。这正如古斯塔夫·勒庞在《乌合之众》中所言:“我们以为自己是理性的，我们以为自己的一举一动都是有其道理的。但事实是我们绝大多数日常行为，都是一些自己根本无法了解的隐蔽动机的结果。”HuWeiqi:Ichoosetwocontrastingcolorstohighlightcontradictionsinrealityaswellasasenseofnervousnessandabsurdity.Throughthisvisibleconflictbetweencolors,absurdscenesemerge,leadingonetoponderunseenreality.Thelogicbehindtheoccurrenceofspecificphenomenainlifeisinvisibleandimpossibletopredict.AsGustaveLeBonsaidwhenspeakingaboutthemob,"wethoughtwewererational,webelievethateverymoveisjustified.Butthetruthisthatmostofusinourdailyactionsarethemselvesunabletounderstandtheconsequencesofhiddenmotives.”
